We produce a wide range of corporate and live events, including general sessions, annual meetings, product launches, nonprofit galas, charity fundraisers, hybrid and live streaming events, press conferences, and social events. We serve clients across Metro Atlanta and travel nationally for the right engagements.
Do you provide both equipment and crew, or just rentals?
Both. Atlanta Pro AV offers full-service event production with experienced crews, as well as standalone equipment rentals for clients who have their own technical staff. Most of our clients choose full-service production.
How far in advance should I book Atlanta Pro AV for my event?
For large productions we recommend reaching out 6 to 12 weeks in advance. For smaller events, 2 to 4 weeks is typically sufficient. That said, we accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows — contact us and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Do you work outside of Atlanta?
Yes. While Metro Atlanta is our primary market, we regularly travel for clients across the Southeast and nationally. In many cases, bringing our team to your event is more cost-effective than using an unfamiliar local vendor.
