Our Executive Production team just got back from a large event in Atlanta. We needed an AV Partner to work with us and after getting a few quotes we landed on Atlanta Pro AV and am so glad we did. Our event had many moving parts and was constantly in flux and the team at Atlanta Pro AV handled the changes calmly and professionally. They provided light, sound, multiple projectors/screens, a video wall, graphics, video directing, audio, drape and more. We were faced with delays due to a broken freight elevator and couldn't get a lift in place for rigging for 5 hours. The Atlanta Pro AV team just rolled with it. Worked around the issues and kept us as on track as possible, putting in long hours without complaint. During the event they were on point and everything looked great. The client was very pleased all around. I said to my business partner at one point during the show “can we take these folks home with us and use them everywhere?” From the first phone call to final execution, a great experience all around. I can't speak highly enough. Thanks to James and the entire Atlanta Pro AV team for a great event! I would give more stars if I could.

I have worked with Atlanta Pro AV for 2 large events that my company has hosted. They are incredibly easy to work with, understand our (sometimes fairly complicated) needs, and provide an absolutely seamless experience. Their team has come to our space to assess how we can set everything up to make sure our event is a huge success, providing feedback and recommendations. They’re incredibly professional and we never have hiccups with production. When they arrive I know I can “set it and forget it” - I don’t have to babysit them to make sure things are done right. I attempted to work with another local company who was unable to provide the input or recommendations I needed to understand how our event would run successfully, but after speaking with ATL Pro AV I knew I was in great hands. Their prices are also incredibly fair. I can’t say enough positive things about this company, and plan to always work with them in the future.

There’s no doubt that Atlanta Pro AV is getting 5-star reviews. They have a great team and do amazing job. It was my first time renting with them but Tim was very knowledgeable on what he does and helping me on everything I needed for my event. The AV team on site, led by Bravo, did astounding job with a timely delivery. The price was reasonable and Tim will work with you according to what you need and your budget. Couldn't be happier! We flew a crew out to San Antonio for our 3-day summit. The entire event was predicated on state-of-the-art audio visual running smoothly. Atlanta Pro AV went above and beyond with massive LED screen, sound and tech support. Flying them out was less expensive than the hotel's in-house AV company. Love these guys!
