APAV dedicates time and resources to training our employees as technology changes to provide our customers with the best service. APAV staff and technicians engage in professional development in a variety of ways:
Product Certifications: Atlanta Pro AV is a certified dealer of a wide array of AV products. Many of our event technicians have completed training on our product lines, including Shure, Barco, Digital Projection, and others. Our install team has completed product-specific certification training through Atlona, Harman Audio Programming, Crestron Programming, and Huawei Video Conferencing. One of our installation sales reps attended Huawei Video Conferencing training in China.
WebinarsOur sales reps often participate in our product webinars hosted by our manufacturers. Our sales team learns more about the products we sell through these webinars to communicate with the customer.
