Emory University Overview

The Rollins School of Medicine at Emory University needed a simple solution for large discussions with amplified sound.

Challenge

A push-to-talk system can be cumbersome to use, and an open-mic system would be impractical and problematic.

Solution

Voice-activated microphone mixing for 24 microphones performed beautifully. Smooth frequency response and an imperceptible reaction time make our system the clear winner over conventional push-to-talk systems. Our system utilizes auto-mixers and our own recipe of DSP processing for what we think is a superior and more cost-effective solution.
