I had the pleasure of working with James Taylor and Atlanta Pro AV for the first time in October 2012.
We had a long-time commitment with another AV company that thoroughly disappointed us, and we called on APAV to do our event. Not only did they rise to the occasion, but they also completely outperformed the past AV company, and rather than getting the
“You had some AV issues”
I continually am getting,
” Wow, you really stepped up things in the AV area”.
James was incredibly responsive and helpful every step of the way, and on the day of our event. The team continued to smile, did their job, and did it well! I’ve already told James that I want to work with his team again at our event in October 2013. I have worked with many AV companies over the years, and this was by far my best experience to date.
