This 2019 company kickoff blended a live audience with a nationwide HD livestream. SLIDO, managed by our gatekeeper, enabled real‑time Q&A from remote employees, and a cueing system with the CEO ensured flawless timing. With five camera angles and a custom‑branded webcast page, the event delivered a polished, professional experience. The client was thrilled and has continued to rely on us for their live events.

Producing at 4 AM standard Eastern time was a challenge for all involved. Arriving at the nearby Dekalb-Peachtree Airport around 2 AM, renowned economist Janet Yellen arrived at our studio in time to have our team produce a stunning stream to a major conference as panelists. We kept latency down to .7 milliseconds, allowing Dr. Yellen to interact with the live event in real-time.

ICHOM Conference 2019
Our team of technicians produced a virtual keynote presentation at the popular ICHOM conference with custom graphics and shared video/presentation. Our designers created a double-box view for attendees to leverage content and video from Dr. Porter in an exciting, fresh way, as opposed to the usual rectangular picture-in-picture typically used.
