Your team at Hotel Avalon for Hansgrohe these past few days was incredible.
Darrell, Bill, Eric, Bravo, and all of the others (whose names I’m regrettably forgetting) were top-notch. They worked really well with my client to make sure every second was paid attention to, even with a lot of last-minute unexpected nuances. They were all kind, respectful, on time, detail-oriented and reliable. There’s not much more us planners can ask for when looking for a great AV team. I rarely even checked because I trusted and knew they had it. That’s so huge. We will be back. Thank you!
